On Saturday, June 18th, the Vincennes State Historic Sites will be hosting an Adventures day. This event will be from 10 AM until noon. Adventure Days Are for children ages 8-12, and will be held at Fort Knox II, 3090 North Old Fort Knox Road, in Vincennes. Participants will help bring history to life through a combination of short presentations, games and hands-on activities that combine social studies, language arts, math and science. On June 18th the topic will be the Final Frontier. Participants will celebrate Indiana Space Day by building and launching rockets, and will see a presentation by a guest speaker.
