Richard Goodall, the “singing janitor” from Indiana, captured hearts nationwide and is now the winner of Season 19 of “America’s Got Talent.”

The Terre Haute resident known for his emotional performances of 1980s classics like Journey’s “Faithfully,” dedicated to his wife, Goodall received the most votes to take home the $1 million prize and a Las Vegas headlining show.

He beat out nine other finalists.

In the final moments, it came down to Goodall and a dog act from Israel, but his powerful vocals earned him the top prize.

Now, fresh off his victory, Goodall is making his first live public appearance at the Toyota Event Center in Princeton, Indiana, on Friday, September 27 at 7 p.m.

Tickets start at $20 and can be purchased through the event page.
