Just a few days are left to vote early May Primary.

Election day is this coming Tuesday.

The only local races are on the Republican ballot.

Early voting hours in Knox County are today through 4pm at the Sally Port on 8th Street.

Special Saturday hours are tomorrow from 8 to 3 at the Sally Port and also in Bicknell and Monroe City.

So far early voting has been slow. Knox County Clerk David Shelton says last weekend’s special hours did not attract too many voters…

If you don’t vote before the weekend is over, your last chance to vote early is Monday from 8 to Noon at the Sally Port.
