A $100,000 grant is being made available to a public charity.

The Knox County Community  Foundation is accepting online letters of inquiry for a Target Lasting Change Grant to be awarded to a 501 C-3 charity in Knox County.

Funding requests should address quality of place and quality of life programs or projects that can stimulate economic growth.

Letters will be reviewed and successful applicants will be invited to submit a formal grant application.

Programs supporting a religious purpose, a political party or campaign, endowment creation, debt reduction, membership contributions and general operating cost are not eligible.
