U.S. Congressman Mark Messmer recently made a stop in Vincennes for a discussion on regional economic trends, small business growth, and development opportunities.

The April 22 visit marked his first to Knox County since being elected Representative for Indiana’s Eighth Congressional District. Messmer met with Knox County Chamber of Commerce President Jamie Neal and Knox County Indiana Economic Development CEO Chris Pfaff.

Pfaff said they were grateful for the opportunity to discuss important related issues in Knox County.

Messmer sits on  three key House committees – Agriculture, Armed Services, and Education and Workforce.
