An Evansville woman was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with children in the car after a traffic stop in Gibson County.

Troopers pulled over Trinity Duncan on I-69 near State Road 168 Wednesday night for vehicle equipment violations and found suspected marijuana inside. Duncan showed signs of impairment, and her passenger, Christopher Conlee, was also in the vehicle. Their two small children were in the backseat, where troopers found a loaded pistol with a 30-round magazine.

Duncan was arrested for felony charges of OWI and both are charged with felony neglect and misdemeanor marijuana and paraphernalia possession.

DCS took custody of the children.
