Good Samaritan Hospice will host its annual Light Up a Life remembrance and celebration service on Tuesday, December 3rd at 6 p.m. Eastern at The Grand Bankquet Hall in Vincennes.

The community-wide event brings people together to remember those who have passed and to celebrate those still with us in the 11 county area that the hospice serves.

Hospice Nurse Manager Makenzie Barrett says it’s a “special time” for staff to support families who have completed their end-of-life journey. Contributions of $10 or more will honor loved ones with a name reading and inscription on a remembrance banner displayed through the holiday season.

For those interested, donations must be submitted by today,  Monday. November 18.
