The Knox County Sheriff’s Department has released information on an incident that occurred this past Monday.
On November 4, at approximately 3:47 PM, deputies responded to a battery complaint at a residence on North Windy Hill Road in Vincennes.
Upon arrival, deputies found a 36-year-old woman bleeding from an eye injury. She reported that her neighbor, 42-year-old Jeffrey Marsh, had struck her in the face with his fist.
Deputies located Marsh nearby. Following their investigation, they took him into custody and transported him to jail, where he was booked on a charge of aggravated battery, a level 3 felony. Marsh remains in jail on a $25,000 bond.
