Two people are dead and one person is in custody in Greene County.

35-year-old Joshua Alan Penick has been charged with murder and neglect of a dependent causing death.

The bodies, whose identities have not been released,  were said to have been found at the Bear Run Mine in Sullivan County.

As of mid-day on Friday, authorities are not confirming that Penick’s arrest is in connection with the investigation into the disappearance of Samantha Jerrell and her son Colton.

The two were last seen in Greene County October 13th.
