
A traffic stop for speeding led to the arrest of 24-year-old KeShawn Bolton of Evansville on multiple charges.
Gibson County Deputy Michael Bates pulled over a white 2023 Hyundai Tucson in the area of CR 550 East and CR 500 South. During the stop, around 4-am local time this morning, Deputy Bates detected the smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle.
Following a roadside investigation, Bolton was taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail. He faces charges of Driving While Suspended (Prior), Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Paraphernalia.
