A Dubois County man, Nathan C. Rhodes, 39, has been apprehended after four years on the run.

Rhodes, wanted for violating the Sex and Violent Offender Registry, was arrested in Louisville, Kentucky, after a tip was received by the Dubois County Sheriff’s Office during the week of September 16, 2024.

The U.S. Marshal Service assisted in the capture.

Further investigation revealed Rhodes was also wanted in Crawford County for a similar offense. He is currently held without bond at the Dubois County Security Center.
