Vincennes University will host Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb and the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) for their quarterly meeting on Thursday, September 19th.
The event, open to both the media and the public, will take place from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time in the Innovation Room (#112) of the Shake Learning Resource Center at VU.
Led by Indiana Secretary of Commerce David Rosenburg and governed by a 15-member board chaired by Governor Holcomb, the IEDC is responsible for driving economic development across the state.
Officials say the meeting will provide attendees with valuable insights into the state’s strategic initiatives aimed at fostering economic growth and innovation, supporting businesses to launch, expand, and relocate within Indiana.
It’s described as a unique opportunity for the public to engage with state leaders and learn more about the efforts to strengthen Indiana’s economy.
