An internet safety expert will discuss online dangers in Vincennes this week.

Local schools in partnership with local law enforcement, will host the presentation on Thursday at 6pm at Lincoln High School’s Ader Auditorium.

Alicia “KozakKozakiewicz is a survivor of abduction, and will share her story and discuss online dangers such as cybercrime and human trafficking.

The event, titled “Saving Lives & Stopping Predators: This is Alicia’s Story,” is designed to educate parents and staff on protecting children online. A Q&A session will follow.

Vincennes Police Public Information and School Resource Officer Aaron Luce says the program is for adults only and is open to school staff and parents of students only.
