Good Samaritan has announced the promotion of Tara Ellermann as the organization’s first Chief Talent Officer. Ellermann, who joined Good Samaritan in December 2017 as the Manager of Human Resources, has steadily advanced through leadership roles, most recently serving as Executive Director of HR since August 2021.

Rob McLin, President and CEO of Good Samaritan, stated that this promotion recognizes Ellermann’s contributions and aligns the executive team structure. “Tara has done an excellent job on our executive team, and this promotion to Chief Talent Officer is well-deserved,” McLin said. “Her new role reflects her commitment to making Good Samaritan the employer and provider of choice through recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.”

Ellermann expressed her gratitude for the promotion. “I am truly honored to step into this role,” she said. “I’m excited to continue fostering a culture of excellence and compassion, ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain the best talent to serve our community.”

Good Samaritan also announced other leadership changes:
