The Knox County Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for its highly anticipated 2024 Watermelon Festival, set to take place this Friday and Saturday at Patrick Henry Square in Vincennes, Indiana.

The festival promises a packed schedule of events for all ages.

On Friday evening, from 5 PM to 9 PM, attendees can enjoy live music from local musicians, browse through a variety of food and craft vendors, and let children explore the Kids Fun Zone.

The festivities continue on Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, featuring a 5K Run & Walk, various pageants including the Miss Watermelon competition, and a watermelon-eating contest

The festival highlights include diverse food options, unique crafts from local artisans, and a plethora of watermelon-themed activities and dishes. The event aims to celebrate community spirit, culture, and the joy of summer.
