A Vincennes man was jailed Monday for Rape and other charges.

44-year-old Eric Fields was booked into the Knox County Jail at 1:22 pm on the Rape charge and also for Burglary and Robbery.  The crimes occured Monday.

He was also arrested on a warrant for Battery by Bodily Waste dating back to November of last year.

He was being held awaiting a court appearance.
