Sewer work continues on the Washington Avenue Project.

In the weekly update, city officials report that a storm sewer project is reaching 90% completion.

A 48-inch storm trunk line has been installed up to near Burnett Lane and all of the inlets have been installed up to McDowell Road.

Crews are prepping the driveway subgrade and setting and adjusting casting throughout the middle portion of the job.

Storm sewer installation will continue this week and more driveway prep and dirt work will take place.
