Rehearsals for a Vincennes Children’s Choir begin next week.

When the new Vincennes Teen Center opened at the Old Town Players Theater on Broadway Street in February, the creation of the choir was one of the big announcements.

Soon that choir will come to fruition as starting on Monday next week, students going into 4th to 6th grade can go to the Old Town Player for the free extracurricular activity.

Kids in that age group who love to sing and make new friends are encouraged to attend the first night of practice at 5-pm.

At this first gathering parents are also encouraged to attend for a short information session.
