Update: Indiana State Police cancelled the Silver Alert for Dillon at 3:50pm Wednesday. The Evansville Police Department says Dillon “has been located and is safe.”

Indiana State Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Evansville man.

Police say 60-year old Phillip Ray Dillon was last seen Tuesday, April 16th at 4pm, and may be in extreme danger, requiring medical assistance.

Dillon is a white male standing at 6 feet and one inches tall, weighing 150 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
